  1. Herblore Guide

Herblore Guide by Danieltatis This is a guide for getting levels in Herblore. This is not a very fast skill to level up, but it yields decent Blood Money (mostly by completing the Anti-bot test). This skill is intrinsically partnered with Farming, and because of this you SHOULD train both skills simultaneously (Farming before Herblore of course). The basic activities are: Getting fresh & clean (not grimy) herbs (obtainable via players or Farming @ patch west of ::skill, PLEASE look at Stats's amazing guide here ) Getting secondary ingredients AND Vials of Water @ Jatix store (located west of ::skill) Preparing potions (mixing vials with herbs, then with secondary ingredients) And, you can make Blood Money out of the potions, either by selling them to the wonderful Shop assistant @ skill, or by using them in PvM/PvP. So, is that it? What kind of guide is this? Don't worry, pictures will follow us now... The Store Jatix is located here (just teleport to Entrana via the ::skill command and follow the path) At his store you will find noted versions of the secondary items. They are free, so you should get a few thousands of each (except Vials of Water, 1M of those should suffice) After that, go to the bank at ::skill and unnote the items. Get 14 Vials of Water, 14 herbs and process them (use one in the other) to make unfinished (unf) potions. Then, get the 14 secondary item pieces and use them with the unfinished potions. In this part, you will get XP according to the potions created. What potions can/should i make? Well, i made a table for this! You can see that XP rates improve per Herblore level, so improving your Farming level in par with Herblore or getting enough herbs is a must. Oh, and you can see that i don't know how to make a few potions at the bottom. PLEASE let me know how to make them via Herblore, as they appear at the skill window. There's Super Combat potions as well. In order to make these, you need to have a clean Torstol, and all Super potions (Attack, Strength, Defence). Still, it would be nice to know HOW MANY POTIONS i should make, hmm? Potion Schedule This is a Potion Schedule. It indicates the amount of potions that you should make to reach the next potion level. I hope this helps you know where you are regarding this optimal calculation. Experience Lamps (Obtainable @ Vote Manager) Experience lamps can be used to train Herblore. If you're not interested in getting herbs or buying them, you can still get 1M XP per lamp (every 12 hours). This is suggested because Herblore requires either time or blood money to get herbs, which makes leveling pretty slow overall. Getting to 90 herblore (Super Combat potions) requires 5.35M XP, which should equate to getting 62 herblore by the actual method (a little bit more XP because level 62 doesn't get 350K experience), and using 5 lamps for 5M xp. That's all folks! If you have advice regarding tricks or strategies not shown here, please comment so i can add your contribution to this guide. P.S. Dedicated to Stats, Dawntained's guide man.
  2. [Skill] Smithing Guide

Disclaimer: Before starting to train smithing you will need to either train mining and get the ores yourself or buy the ores from someone else who is selling them. If you need a mining guide there is currently this one: http://dawntained.com/forums/topic/276-1-99-mining-guide/ The current best place to train smithing is on the Dwarven Mine (Teleports ➳ Skilling ➳ Dwarven Mine) and you will be using the bank booth, the Furnace and the anvil with an hammer. Levels 1-15: Bronze bars 780 XP each Ores required: You will need to make a total of 4 Bronze bars before proceeding to the next level bracket. You could also choose to hammer these bronze bars on the anvil but it is not needed as the experience between levels 1-15 is really small. Levels 15-50: Iron bars 390 XP each Ores required: You will need to smelt a total of 87 Iron bars and then use them on an anvil with an hammer to create any type of tool according to your level (I suggest you do whichever one uses the most amount of bars as this will be faster) and you will be awarded 10 Blood money per bar used. Levels 50-70: Mithril bars 900 XP each Ores required: You will need to smelt a total of 266 Mithril bars and then use them on an anvil with an hammer to create any type of tool according to your level (Same thing as before, the more bars used the faster it will go) and you will be awarded 21 Blood money per bar used. Levels 70-85: Adamantite bars 1140 XP each Ores required: You will need to smelt a total of 833 Adamantite bars and then use them on an anvil with an hammer to create any type of tool according to your level (Same as before) and you will be awarded 26 Blood money per bar used. Levels 85-99: Runite bars 1500 XP each Ores required: You will need to smelt a total of 2607 Runite bars and then use them on an anvil with an hammer to create any type of tool according to your level (Same as before) and you will be awarded 31 Blood money per bar used. --- Experience Lamps: --- Reminder: You can purchase experience lamps to use in any skill every 12 hours for 25 voting tickets and these will provide you with 1 million experience (the amount will increase with Donator ranks) so using one to skip the first levels is a good way to start the skill. I hope this guide helped you achieving another 99 and that it made the whole grind a bit easier All Positive criticism is appreciated! Extra notes: - Edit Notes: - ★ Harry
  3. [Skill] Agility Guide

The agility skill consists in going trough obstacles courses and completing these in order to progress in the levels. Leveling this skill will allow you to use certain shortcuts and it allows you to use less running energy the higher your level is. Training: Levels 1-50: (Teleports ➳ Skilling ➳ Gnome course) Your Agility training journey starts at the Gnome Course. The full completion of this agility course awards 3360 XP each time and the gap between levels 1-50 is 101333 XP. You will need to complete this course 31 times to be able to proceed to the next levels bracket. Levels 50-80: (Teleports ➳ Skilling ➳ Barbarian course) Once you are done with the Gnome Course you will start to train at the Barbarian course. The full completion of this agility course awards 10640 XP each time and the gap between levels 50-80 is 1986068 XP. You will need to complete this course 174 times to be able to proceed to the next levels bracket. Levels 80-99: (Teleports ➳ Skilling ➳ Wilderness course) THIS IS IN WILDERNESS LEVEL 49 - BE AWARE! This course is the course that provides the most XP in the game and it will be used until you achieve level 99. The full completion of this agility course awards 24760 XP each time and the gap between levels 80-99 is 11048363 XP. You will need to complete this course 447 times to finally achieve level 99. This is an area where Pkers usually come to try and find people skilling and since you can't use the door when you are in combat it is recommended that you come to this area with a low level and simply bring food to survive the attacks of the mages that attack you inside. You may also pay 500k (Coins, not blood money) at mage bank to make it so that the wizards inside the course will not attack you for 30 minutes. Agility Shop: While doing agility you will receive agility points whenever you complete an agility course and this can be spent in the Agility shop. This shop can be accessed by talking with the Gnome shop keeper in the Gnome course or with the Barbarian guard in the Barbarian Course. The Boots of lightness allow you to have less weigh meaning you will use less stamina while running and the Rogue Armour allows you to sometimes get double loot while thieving. Experience Lamps: Reminder: You can purchase experience lamps to use in any skill every 12 hours for 25 voting tickets and these will provide you with 1 million experience (the amount will increase with donator ranks) so using one to skip the first levels is a good way to start the skill. I hope this guide helped you achieving another 99 and that it made the whole grind a bit easier All Positive criticism is appreciated! Remember that there is also a Pet to gain from this, The Giant Squirrel (The chance is 1/Every 25 Million Experience (If you are a donator rank the % boost makes it lower)) so goodluck getting it! Extra notes: - Edit Notes: - Removed armor setups to tank at the wilderness course as you can't leave the gate while in combat for 10 seconds and edited the warning about it. ★ Harry
